implementation and control of different tactics for acquisition and retention.direct relationship with local affiliates to implement training planning, sales and retention campaigns, delivery of performance incentives (b2b).
implementation of promotional campaigns and creative strategies that can be measured.maintain close view on market trends and competitors programming and marketing initiatives and compile update reports for team.prepare marketing reports and presentations.support the marketing team with incoming requests.compile and maintain kpi data to support in the identification of business concerns and related actions.es una posicion temporal por maternidad (tres meses)qualificationsexperience working in marketing area in telecommunications, pay tv or entertainment industry.experience with training teams.presentation skills.organized and high attention to detail.oriented 100% to profitability marketing.data oriented.ability to multitask in a fast‐paced work environment.strong verbal and written communication skills.self‐starter and proactive.experience with quotes and work with providers of pop material, premiums and marketing material.ability to build multi‐level relationships with clients and partners.team player.collaboration oriented.relationship with commercial partners.experience working with production and creative agencies.additional informationbachelor's degree.fully bilingual (spanish-english).
