* assisting with photo taking, badge printing, and fingerprinting for new hires.
* providing employee assistance, including distributing cafeteria tickets, assigning lockers, and supporting transport route assignments.
* participating in pre-selection interviews with hr personnel.
* preparing documents and welcome kits for new employees.
* coordinating induction and training sessions, including room reservations and coffee breaks.
* ensuring new employees complete orientation forms.
* updating and maintaining the employee database for snappy gift seniority awards.
* managing employee files and documentation.
* collaborating on internal communication management, such as bulletin boards, whatsapp, and flyer design.
* supporting new hire contract signing and renewals.
* participating in specific hr department projects, such as implementing new personnel management systems.
* engaging in hr continuous improvement projects.
* writing and sending internal communications.
* managing newsletters.
* supporting the planning and execution of internal meetings and events.
* participating in employee satisfaction surveys and analyzing results.
qualifications
* student in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related fields.
* basic knowledge of human resources. (desirable)
