Our client, a multinational mass media and entertainment company, is looking for someone to join their team as an administrative coordinator!
*this is a hybrid 6-month contract position that takes place in universal city, ca*
what you will be doing
* coordinate daily administrative operations, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing internal communications
* serve as a central point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication
* prepare, format, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* track projects, deadlines, and deliverables, providing status updates and ensuring tasks are completed on time
required skills & experience
* bachelor’s degree with 1+ years marketing experience, preferably in the media/entertainment industry.
* strong multi-tasking and time management skills to successfully manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
* computer proficiency required (word, powerpoint, outlook, excel).
* strong power point skills.
* highly organized, detail oriented and resourceful.
* ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving environment.
* excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and client relation skills.
