duties & responsibilities
* working with a fast paced team booking trucks on to the terminal and organising the loading of containers to meet train departures and arrivals.
* able to proactively adapt to a busy environment and to make real time decisions regarding the smooth running of the rail terminal.
* use of a bespoke container booking system, administering customer emails and telephone calls.
* organising container movement within the terminal with a team of reach stacker operators via two way radio.
what we're looking for
* previous administration experience
* it literate (good knowledge of excel would be an advantage)
* confident written and verbal communicator
* high attention to detail is essential
