conduct site assessments and create customized solar proposals
close deals and achieve monthly sales targets

*qualifications*:
- 1+ years of experience in lead generation, or a similar role
- high proficiency in english, spoken and written
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong communication and persuasion skills
- self-motivated and results-driven attitude
- strong ability to handle objections and build relationships
- self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
