responsibilities
* execute payroll services for pepsico frito lay
* receive payroll inputs and validate fulfilment of requirements
* capture information in payroll system(s)
* ensure payroll meets operation controls by comparing sources of data to confirm matching values according to pay rules, policies & regulations
* monitor case reception and release ensuring sla compliance
* ensure good customer service and guarantee service level agreements timing and delivery
* responsible for proper escalation for daily resolution issues
* deliver services at the defined slas/kpis
* continue communication and support with local functional teams
* conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation
