how you'll make an impact
* lead and inspire a team of accounts payable professionals to achieve operational excellence.
* oversee end‐to‐end ap processes, including invoice processing and vendor management.
* drive automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
* collaborate with procurement, treasury, and finance teams to optimize workflows.
* manage vendor relationships and resolve complex payment issues.
* prepare and analyze ap reports to identify trends and improvement areas.
* support month‐end and year‐end closing activities, including reconciliations.
* responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
your background
* bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
* 7+ years of progressive ap experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
* strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
* expertise in erp systems (sap preferred) and advanced excel skills.
* proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvements.
* fluent in spanish and english (written and spoken).
