The post sales service specialist will act as the primary customer and field sales contact to own, contain, and resolve post-shipment customer issues.
*your responsibilities*:
- work closely with customers to develop resolution plans, monitor progress, and ensure appropriate closure.
- provide troubleshooting and problem resolution support via phone and web.
- interact with technology, supply chain, product management, sales, and field service to provide technical and commercial solutions for customers.
- work cross-functionally with global teams.
- document customer cases and actions using case-tracking tools.

- bachelor of science degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field.
- strong team orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
- strong oral and written communication skills.
- ability to work with all levels of the organization.
