Description
the industrialization engineer is the main responsible for the launch of new products in the operations, he guarantees that all the operation activities during the development process are carried out properly.
ensures sop of new products and technologies according to r&d requirements and plant objectives;
- leads structured problem solving tasks/projects for industrialization challenges in the plant.
- executes industrialization activities of new and experimental materials, products and processes in close cooperation with r&d.
- offers technical alternatives which are optimized for process capabilities, cost, minimized rework and comply with the established.
- ensures that internal kpis are met on a consistent basis and initiate structured problem solving tasks in case of deviations.
- provides technical support to production on performance of trial material issues by using appropriate problem solving methods.
- supervises and manages projects related to industrialization and continuous improvement.
*qualifications*:
1. Chemical or industrial engineering degree.
2. At least 3 years experience in automotive industry.
3. At least 1 year experience in pvc or
thermoplastic polyolefins materials (desirable) process such as extrusion.
4. Knowledge of structure problems solving metodology (a3, 8d's, dmaic), medium level
5. Ms office (excel, power point, etc) medium level
6. Advance level of english (desirable b2).
7. Core tools previous experience ( amef, control plan, apqp )
8. Previous experience with rd / production / quality / manufacturing departments.
9. Project management will be a strong plus.
