 
        
        Job Summary: 
We are seeking a Production Planning Manager to oversee the effective planning, operation and control of production, delivery to the customer, analysis of requirements, ensuring the availability of purchased and manufactured components. 
The adecuado candidate will have experience in managing performance, providing advice and supervision, promoting teamwork, ensuring training and development of one or more employees. 
- Analyze client's requirements to ensure product availability according to objectives, establishing actions and strategies to achieve it. 
- Measure and monitor fulfillment of production planners' objectives, establishing actions and strategies for achieving them. 
- Weekly review of resource availability to meet client's requirements. 
- Carry out weekly monitoring and follow-up of product availability. 
Required Skills and Qualifications: 
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Master's Degree (Desirable) 
- 6+ years of experience in Production Planning area, preferably low volume and high mix production, Personnel Management. Supply chain expertise. 
- English Advanced is a must 
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) 
- Knowledge of ERP systems (JDEdwards preferred)
