* typical duties include general clerical and project-based work.
* responsibilities may be unique to a specific function or department but are mainly administrative in nature.
* under close supervision, works to complete defined tasks iaw standard procedures requiring some knowledge of general office procedures.
* supports general business operations by providing simply administrative support activities.
* performs other work-related duties and responsibilities as assigned to meet organizational/operational objectives.
*basic qualifications* must have the ability to liaise with personnel at all levels including management.
* proven ability to organize, prioritize, and follow through to completion on multiple tasks, under strict deadlines and changing priorities.
* comfort multitasking and handling multiple requests from different individuals and departments.
* must pass overseas medical screening and be in good health.
* must possess administrative, organizational, and computer skills to include proficiency with microsoft office suite including (ms word, powerpoint, excel, and outlook).

*preferred qualifications*education:* an associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or other related scientific fields based on a 2-year or 4-year course of study from an accredited college or university.
*experience:* minimum of at least three (3) years of experience in business and industrial areas and/or general office experience performing the full range of office support duties.
