Job objective:
design, implement, and monitor strategies, programs, and tools that drive talent development, organizational culture, change management, and organizational effectiveness, aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
main responsibilities:
design and implement organizational development (od) initiatives such as organizational assessments, employee engagement surveys, leadership programs, and competency development.
facilitate change management processes in response to structural, technological, or cultural transformations.
support the definition and tracking of succession and development plans for key talent.
collaborate in building and promoting an organizational culture aligned with company values.
conduct organizational analyses (structure, efficiency, roles, and responsibilities) and propose improvements.
coordinate training and development programs in collaboration with the learning & development team.
develop and implement tools to assess performance, potential, and employee engagement.
monitor and report od-related metrics, proposing improvement actions.
requirements:
bachelor's degree in psychology, business administration, human resources, organizational development, or related field.
minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
knowledge of organizational development methodologies, change management, culture, employee engagement, and talent development.
strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
experience with agile, design thinking, or six sigma methodologies is a plus.
proficiency in organizational assessment tools and hr software.
