What you bring degree in engineering (industrial, electrical, or mechanical). Minimum 2 years of experience as a production supervisor. Ability to interpret technical drawings and manage documentation. Knowledge of lean tools and experience improving oee (overall equipment effectiveness). Strong leadership skills for working with multidisciplinary teams. Intermediate english proficiency (spoken and written). About the team the selected candidate will collaborate with all departments to ensure that the cutting machine is operating properly and that production targets are met.
