A U.S.-based growth marketing agency is looking for a Graphic Designer who loves creating scroll-stopping paid social content. You’ll design static and motion ads that look native to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok—but are strategically built to convert. This is a remote, part-time or full-time contractor opportunity with adaptable hours and async collaboration—perfect for someone based in Latin America who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments. You’ll work closely with creative strategists and media buyers to turn ideas into high-performing visuals for DTC and eCommerce brands across fashion, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle.
Your Role
You’ll create and iterate on digital ad designs that convert. Success looks like delivering high-quality, on-brand visuals that stop thumbs, meet tight deadlines, and align with creative strategy.
- Design static and motion ads for social platforms
- Produce multiple versions optimized for size and format
- Collaborate with creative strategists on direction and storytelling
- Manage quick turnarounds while maintaining visual excellence
- Organize design files for easy access and iteration
- Stay updated on paid-social creative trends
You Bring
- 2+ years of graphic design experience focused on paid-social ads
- Strong, diverse portfolio of ad creatives
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Canva
- Creative speed with attention to detail
- Comfort in agency or freelance-style environments
- Excellent communication and time management skills
Bonus Points
- Experience with eCommerce or DTC brands
