*role overview*:
we’re looking for a *junior account manager* to join our team! No prior experience is required, just a
strong willingness to learn and grow. This is a client-facing role perfect for individuals who are highly
organized, great communicators, and excited to help clients succeed with our product, and are eager to grow within holly by nimblr.
*responsibilities*:
- deliver tailored product demos, convert qualified leads into trials and paying customers through clear, value-driven engagement.
- support client onboarding and ongoing customer lifecycle management by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and sharing insights and best practices to drive success.
- help ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and continued growth.
- collaborate across teams (sales, implementation, support) to enhance the client experience.
- monitor client health, identify risks, and support renewals and upsell opportunities by analyzing usage data and key metrics.
*what we’re looking for*:
- perfect english c1-c2: must be fully fluent in english, both written and spoken, to interact with u.s.clients.
- skilled in *client-facing functions*like sales, customer service, customer success, retention, sdr, and/or account management.
- bachelor’s degree in *administration or engineering,* or a related field.
- strong communication skills and a people-first mindset.
- strong analytical mind who can convert metrics into action items.
- must be comfortable leading meetings with us-based customers.
- detail-oriented and able to manage multiple client needs.
- bonus: valid u.s. visa and willingness to travel occasionally.
