responsibilities
* partner with senior leadership and commercial teams
* ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and reporting standards.
* assisting controlling team in internal and external audits
* support reporting (according to the closing schedule) and account reconciliation processes
* support for the tax accuracy submissions
* support statutory of accounting & compliance
* support accounting treatment of (judgmental) transactions
* take e2e ownership for the accuracy & correctness of the books
* manage and co-ordinate the end to end month/quarter/year end processes for transacting,closing and reporting the group accounts including control and reconciliation of the general ledger.
* ensure accounting rules are properly applied for financial accounts in compliance with corporate standards and secure integrity of financial systems and the financial operating model, external audit requirements and best accounting practice
* support account receivable, accounts payable and treasury activities
* prepare the balance sheet and profit loss statements and balace sheet review
the experience we're looking for
* a track record of conjuring up detailed financial analysis and reporting.
* safeguard the company's assets and integrity with adept risk management and internal controls.
* keen influencer with the prowess to guide stakeholders through complex financial landscapes.
* a wizard in budgeting and forecasting, preparing for tomorrow's climate today.
* proficient in manoeuvring through financial software with ease, bringing data to life.
* autonomously implements projects, yet flourishes in a team, nurturing relationships that lead to shared victories.
* bachelor´s degree
