*what you’ll be doing* *maintain and update* core employee data in global hr systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
- *support and administer* workforce processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.
- *collaborate* with hr partners to resolve data-related requests quickly and effectively.
- *perform regular audits* to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies, supporting continuous improvement.
- *assist* in internal and external audits by providing accurate data and documentation.
- *what we're looking for* 2 years of relevant work experience in hr administration or data management.
- proficiency with hr software (e.g., *sap successfactors*, sap hcm) and *ms office*, especially excel.
- strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- good understanding of hr processes and workflows.
- service-oriented mindset with clear and effective communication skills.
- fluency in english is preferred; additional languages are a plus.
- organized, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
