We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented bilingual recruiter to join our team.
key responsibilities:
* coordinate with new hires, talent acquisitions specialist, hr & hiring managers to ensure a smooth on-boarding experience for new hires.
* oversee all pre-employment activities for new hires.
* streamline logistics associated with all aspects of onboarding.
* perform various recruitment administrative functions.
* enter and track candidate background orders and coordinate drug testing.
* review background and drug reports to ensure compliance for partner.
* lead the on-boarding process once the offer is made from the recruiting team and ensure all sops are followed.
* ensure new hire paperwork is completed for badging process, drug test and track results, schedule employee orientation & training and ensure a good employee experience.
* process new hires and ensure compliance with government requirements.
* review vendor systems daily to ensure progress and escalate accordingly.
* provide excellent service to candidate by responding quickly to all inquiries.
* monitor candidate onboarding tasks to ensure completion before or by due date.
requirements:
* fluency in english and spanish (written and spoken)
* proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
* strong communication and interpersonal skills
* ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
* familiarity with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms
