your tasks
managing and guiding the launch and change management team within the plant (e.g. Project manager operations, c sample coordinator, ecm specialist, project manager series) to ensure an excellent launch of new products as well as a successful implementation of engineering changes and further cost improvements during the complete product life cycle till end of production.
ensuring full transparency within assigned projects, proactively reporting to different management levels and escalating following hella instructions if necessary.
your qualifications
* proposing, agreeing and following up targets in terms of quality, costs and timing with project management, on behalf of the internal factory manager / plant manager.
* ensuring that project targets are being achieved or overachieved simultaneously or with the priority to selected dimension(s). Monitoring launch and change performance, identifying gaps and defining actions and countermeasures to correct / prevent deviations from target kpis.
* ensuring the definition of members for operations project teams (core and extended team), with the help of the functional departments. Assuring effective integration and communication within operations project teams, including resolution of conflicts with functional departments.
* knowing and proactively advancing hella standards for processes, methods and tools in the field of launch and change management, incl. relevant cross‐functional operations and project management standards.
