business development and sales support
- support the identification and qualification of new business opportunities through research, cold outreach, and inbound lead management - prepare and follow up on customer quotations, rfqs, and proposals in collaboration with the sales and engineering teams. - manage crm entries, maintain accurate records of interactions, and track sales pipeline activities - coordinate internally with production, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction - support in follow up new customers order (first order/project).
marketing
- assist in lead generation campaigns, outreach activities, and initial discovery calls or email communications - gather market intelligence and competitor information to support business development strategy
administrative support
- provide inside sales support to field sales representatives and leadership, including reporting and follow-up tasks - help onboard new customers by facilitating documentation and communication between internal departments - maintain all documents and customer files of new customers, - customer service support and backup
qualifications
- bachelor’s degree in business or marketing - 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, administration, marketing, preferred automotive tier 2. - strong written and verbal communication skills in both english and spanish - detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
desired skills
- proficient in microsoft office and crm systems (e.g., salesforce) - ability to multitask and work cross-functionally with remote teams
