key responsibilities include:lead and execute financial and accounting due diligence engagements.
analyze historical and projected financial information to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
prepare high-quality due diligence reports and presentations for clients and investors.
work closely with cross-functional teams and clients, often across multiple geographies and time zones.
assist in project planning and manage engagement timelines and deliverables.
support business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client meetings.qualification preferences:
bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
cpa, chartered accountant, or other relevant professional certification (preferred).
5+ years of experience in financial due diligence, audit, or financial consulting.
strong technical skills in accounting, financial analysis, and reporting.
excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
