work you'll do/responsibilities

as a seniormanager, you are expected to contribute to the firm'sgrowth and development in a varietyof ways, including:
engagement management:
lead engagement planning and budgeting; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; directon-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk.

client management
: manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.

business development:
develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies.

people development
: perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; provide leadership and support for delivery teamsand staff in local office.

qualifications required

* 15+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
* completion of coursework (
egresado
) in any pertinent field or industry.
* responsible for client and teammanagement including proactivevalue creation activities.
* support sales activities, account management, and project planning.
* advanced english level.
* 7-10 years of experience in order to cash processes(order entry, collections and cash) in a global/multi-national operating environment. Includes managing teams of >25 people over this time period.

preferred

* proven experience in running collection cycles, use of collection tools (e.g. Get paid) and establishing metricsto ensure process adherence.

* proven experience in businessand operational analytics on cash and cashrelated processes (e.g. Total cash, disputes, unapplied cash, aged ar and process defects).

* ability to utilizeanalytics to identifyroot cause, then create and implement tangibleactions to addresskey process and/or operational opportunities.
* strong business process documentation skills.
* proven experience in leading processes and technical programs to improve the order to cash processes, which include pre-invoicing processes like sales, services and supply chain. Developing the strategy through implementation for these programs in a matrix operational environment.
* business process outsourcing experience is a positive skill.
* excellent leadership, interpersonal and collaboration skillswith the provenability to effectively supervise, mentor and influence employees.
* proficiency with microsoft word, outlook and excel (pivotsand v-lookup).
* strong leadership qualities to work within a matrix business model, deal with ambiguity, and to solve business problems that create shareholder value.
* ability to clearly articulate otc information and analytics with key stakeholders in the business(bu gm's, cfo's,

sales leads) in a clear, concise action-oriented manner.

* english proficiency required; written and verbal.
* position based in monterrey.
