utilize your expertise by working with the scheduling, production and supply planning teams to successfully meeting customer requirements and operational business objectives at honeywell.
you will create and manage the production plan/ master production schedule for specific plants or products in the americas region including us and mexico. This plan will drive high levels of customer service and optimal levels of inventory. Your key deliverable will be sending a highly achievable plan to the site production scheduling teams for execution.
*key responsibilities*
- review, analyze and aligned capacity for assigned production lines by working with site ops teams.
- create and manage the production plan/ master production schedule.
- escalate capacity constraints and suggest solutions to resolve gaps.
- manage material constraints in the mid-term horizon.
- provide input and participate in the supply review process.
- troubleshoot issues in sap and rapid response planning systems.
- interact with operations teams and align capacity to our capabilities.
- review and request to expedite materials (internal / external)
- meet kpi's (delivery, past due, inventory, mps)
- collaborate on npi projects
- analyze data in excel, powerbi, tableau
- develop process improvements
*you must have*
- bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience on planning, master planner, demand planner
- 3+ years of master scheduling experience
- english 90% written and spoken
- +5 years sap (kinaxis rapid response is a bonus)
- microsoft office excel advance (vlook up/ pivot tables, etc.), power point, word.
- full understanding of the supply chain process.

- the ability to work cross functionally and solve problems as a team
- the ability to organize data to identify root causes and corrective actions
- experience with lean six sigma
- demonstrated expertise with advanced planning systems
- kinaxis rapid response experience is highly desirable.
