your tasks and responsibilities
* reach the sell out target of bayer technologies and systems with her/his key accounts.
* negotiate the sell out annual target with her/his key accounts.
* achieve and maintain customer share and net promotor score above region’s average with the key accounts assigned.
* provide technical advisory to key accounts, establishing a calendar of visits and services according to crop development, to help them to maximize their profitability.
* ensure that key accounts are the early adopters for new bayer technologies and systems.
* implement the sales activation plan designed for key accounts in her/his region, in alignment with the sales activation team.
* document all interactions/relationships and customer share with key accounts through salesforce.com and/or the digital tools that bayer provides for this objective.
who you are
* bachelor’s degree in agronomy, agriculture or related career.
* 2-9 years of experience in sales, agronomy, agriculture or crop management.
* customer focus, communication skills, negotiation, account planning, digital tools. Office knowledge.
* very strong management of power point and excel. Salesforce or similar
