Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to strengthen our commercial team in Nuevo León. The role will be responsible for prospecting and generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, supporting external sales representatives, and ensuring the achievement of assigned sales targets. This position requires strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and experience in the freight forwarding or logistics sector.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect new clients through inbound leads, cold calls, and outbound emails.Identify and understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions.Manage and qualify leads, channeling them to the appropriate Field Sales Representatives for further development.Close sales and meet assigned sales quotas.Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.Utilize data analysis tools to evaluate sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing and operations to ensure a consistent and efficient customer experience.Required ProfileEducation: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.Experience: Minimum of 5 years in corporate sales, customer service, or logistics operations, preferably in the freight forwarding industry.Languages: Advanced English (non-negotiable).Technical Competencies: Cost analysis and cargo management.Knowledge: Lead generation, CRM systems, digital sales tools, and customs regulations.Skills: Strong communication, service orientation, problem-solving, organization, and time management.Additional Attributes: Proactivity, results orientation, and adaptability.
