*responsibilities:*
- independently design and analyze complex reports to meet management requirements.
- write detailed specifications for new report programs, spreadsheets, or other tools.
- handle variable issues with broader business impact.
- manage resources, projects, and mentor team members, integrating business needs with reporting tools.
- deal with most problems independently with some problem-solving latitude.
- apply industry standards and practices with in-depth specialty knowledge.
- ensure quality and timeliness of services affecting the team and related units, applying project management skills.

- provide informal guidance or training to new team members.

*qualifications:*
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- bachelor’s/university degree or equivalent.

- financial analysis and planning (cc, collections).
- risk communication with area heads.
- financial report creation.
- presentations to management.
- 2 years experience in financial planning and analysis.
- experience in data analysis, financial planning, collections, and cost tracking in contact centers.
