retailer strategy:
develop and implement a comprehensive retailer strategy aligned with overall business goals and marketing/innovation plan.
operational management:
manage day-to-day category operations and product lifecycle management, including maintaining product registers on retailer platforms.
launch planning & execution:
develop, execute, and track 360° launch plans for new products and initiatives, ensuring successful market entry and achievement of sales targets.
e-retail strategy:
develop and implement e-retail strategies on a daily basis.
demand planning & forecasting:
collaborate with demand planning and sell-in teams to develop accurate forecasts for new products, basic catalog, and posm elements.
budget management:
manage and track the posm budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing roi.
cross-functional collaboration:
collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, sell-in, demand planning, finance, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and drive category success.
profile
requirements:
education: bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
minimum 3 years of experience in product marketing.
proven experience in developing and executing product launch plans, ideally in the beauty industry.
excellent project management and organizational skills.
proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
strong communication and interpersonal skills.
ability to work cross-functionally.
solid understanding of market trends and consumer insights.
