*key responsibilities*:
- lead and manage the bi team to develop and implement data analytics strategies and solutions.
- oversee the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, and reporting systems while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security across all bi systems and processes.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions, providing actionable insights and recommendations to bus based on data analysis.
- monitor industry trends and advancements in bi technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of data analytics and establish key performance indicators (kpis) to measure the effectiveness of bi initiatives.
- support the development and implementation of data governance policies and best practices
*basic qualifications*:
- bachelor's degree in business administration, statistics, actuary, or a related field.
- proven experience as a bi manager or similar role in the pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of pharmaceutical audits. (iqvia, close up, inefam, etc.).
- strong knowledge of bi tools and platforms (e.g.,tableau, power bi, qlikview) and proficiency in sql and excel
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong leadership and team management, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills. English is a must.
*preferred qualifications*:
master's degree preferred.
experience with specialty - oncology products preferred
