They work on epc projects in various parts of the world.key responsibilitiesplan and oversee the execution of piping works for offsite facilities and utility systems.verify that required materials are procured in a timely manner and meet all relevant project specifications.organize work sequences, allocate manpower and equipment, and monitor adherence to project schedules.supervise and support contractor teams, ensuring all activities meet quality requirements and safety regulations.review and interpret piping layouts, isometric drawings, and technical specifications to guide correct system installation and alignment.carry out routine checks on installed piping and components to confirm compliance with engineering and regulatory standards.monitor workmanship quality, taking corrective measures when deviations occur.promote and enforce site safety practices, ensuring all personnel comply with health and safety protocols.perform hazard assessments and implement measures to reduce identified risks.maintain regular communication with the site manager and client representatives.produce clear progress reports, highlighting completed works, challenges faced, and applied solutions.keep accurate logs of resource usage, including labor, equipment, and materials.manage time and resources effectively to deliver work within deadlines without compromising standards.diagnose and resolve technical issues encountered during installation activities.apply effective solutions to overcome project challenges and maintain progress.ensure all piping installations conform to relevant local, national, and international requirements.experienceminimum of 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role, ideally within the power, oil & gas, refining, or petrochemical sectors.required qualificationsproficiency in spanish or english.strong it skills, particularly in ms office (word, excel, outlook).effective communicator and strong team collaborator.competent in preparing clear and concise technical reports.proven ability to coordinate and manage site-based construction teams.
