*your key challenges*:
*1. Marketing program execution*
- serve as ecn’s primary liaison to keo marketing—attending all bi-weekly reporting meetings, facilitating approvals, and acting on recommendations with speed and follow-through.
- coordinate the content calendar and ensure all deliverables (blog posts, linkedin articles, hub content, guest posts, pillar articles) are reviewed, approved, and published on schedule.
- coordinate website content updates and ux improvements in partnership with ecn’s web team, implementing recommendations from keo marketing’s ongoing audit and strategy.
- coordinate ecn’s social media presence, primarily linkedin, maintaining brand voice and quality-reviewing content produced by keo.
*2. Brand & messaging*
- champion the storybrand messaging framework across all ecn communications—website, collateral, sales decks, and event materials.
- ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels and markets, maintaining clarity on what makes ecn different from lsi, e-tech, vertech, mipac, and other competitors.
- support localization of marketing materials for the us market (english-first), and coordinate portuguese content for the brazil office launch.
*3. Sales enablement*
- align marketing content with ecn’s sales process stages—from trade show lead capture and initial qualification through proposal support and follow-up.
- work with the sales team to identify content gaps that slow deals and prioritize creation of supporting materials.
- support preparation of materials for trade shows, expos, and webinars, which remain important lead generation channels for ecn.
- coordinate with keo marketing on outbound abm campaigns (phase 2) to ensure sales team readiness for inbound leads and outbound follow-up.

- present performance summaries to the ceo as part of the bi-weekly reporting cadence.
- use data to inform content priorities, channel allocation, and campaign adjustments.
- support implementation and ongoing management of marketing technology.
*5. Agency & vendor coordination*
- own the day-to-day keo marketing relationship—managing timelines, review cycles, and cross-team communication to keep the program on track and on budget.
- coordinate supplementary vendors (design, video, translation, pr) as the program grows.
- manage ecn’s small internal marketing team (currently one employee, one contractor) and support headcount growth as the program scales.
*desired profile*:

- *technical "translator"*: ability to collaborate with engineers and convert complex technical data into measurable business benefits.
- *agency management*: proven experience coordinating external partners and managing execution budgets.
- *digital mindset*: proficient in hubspot/crm and demand generation strategies.
