pay: hk$28,492 – hk$43,526 (hgps pt. 10 – 18) per month including monthly allowance
up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of mandatory provident fund by hospital authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
key responsibilities:
1. Conduct system analysis, problem diagnosis, development and implementation of hospital applications / system
2. Responsible for cloud native system and cloud computing infrastructure project planning, operations and solution implementation in hospitals.
3. Implement technical infrastructure and service enhancements.
4. Assist in evaluation and recommendation on procurement of it services and equipment.
5. Provide competent level of user support on hospital it systems.
6. Prepare requirement specifications and test cases.
7. Maintain system documentations and reports of it solutions in areas of responsibility.
8. Prepare user guide and conduct user training
9. Provide 7 x 24 system support.
10. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
entry requirements
degree in computer science or relevant disciplines; or equivalent.
preferred attributes
1. Technical operations and support in linux and windows-based operating systems.
2. Solid knowledge and experience in system administration on openshift container platform, github actions and k8s.
3. Solid knowledge and experience in database server administration and writing sql query on mysql, redis, postgresql or mongodb.
4. Solid knowledge and experience in shell script programming on linux/windows operating systems
6. Experience in elk stack (elasticsearch/logstash/kibana), ai applications (generative ai, llm, rag, agentic frameworks) will be an advantage.
7. Self-initiated, flexible and able to work independently.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Good verbal and written communication in both chinese and english.
