escolaridad: lic. /ing. en sistemas, informática, o afín
asignación laboral: presencial – monterrey, n.l.
inglés: intermedio, capaz de mantener conversaciones de negocio.
conocimientos y experiencia de más de 5 años.
technical, business & role skills
- demonstrated experience maintaining and executing of incident, change, problem, configuration, and networking management processes
- effective administrative, technical, problem solving and negotiation skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills are required in order to communicate to all levels within the company and vendors
- able to prioritize, analyze problems and monitor multiple tasks and assignments
- strong vendor management and sla governance skills
- highly motivated with desire to review and improve the support process and procedures
- proven ability to analyze hardware, software, and networking related items to provide future technical direction
- 5-6 years of experience in the networking area

- advance knowledge of networking concepts:
osi and tcp/ip model

- advance knowledge dynamic routing

eigrp
- advance knowledge in network (ipv4, static routes, subnetting) to be able to troubleshoot connectivity issues on the server side
- advance configuration/troubleshooting layer 2 switches
- advance configuration/troubleshooting layer 3 switches
