lead and oversee the development and management of the dealer network to ensure compliance with corporate standards in facilities, financial stability, operations, sales training, and customer experience. Guarantee that dealer partners are strategically aligned with the company's business objectives and deliver a consistent, premium customer journey across all touchpoints.
responsibilities
support dealer onboarding, evaluation, and approval processes.
monitor and evaluate dealer financial health to ensure sustainable operations.
provide guidance and recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
establish dealer performance kpis and track operational compliance.
design and implement training programs for dealer sales teams to strengthen product knowledge, sales processes, and customer handling.
implement customer experience standards and monitor nps/csi results.
requirements
bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
8 years of experience in dealer network development, sales operations, or automotive retail management.
proven track record of improving dealer financial performance and customer satisfaction.
knowledge of financial analysis and dealer profitability models.
experience in customer experience management (csi/nps).
fluent english
