Responsibilities
* assist the division manager and area directors in sales, marketing, identifying new market opportunities and other business development activities
* work with area directors on integration of sales processes, and assist in other sales and marketing programs such as division and national campaigns and client experience
* manage division consumer pipeline products
* coach area managers and branch managers to guide staff in improving sales and customer experience
* partner with peers in other lines of business to maintain relationships with customers and optimize results
* develop and maintain relationships with sales directors and circulate best practices from the division
* communicate messages and priorities, such as business strategy, customer offers, and marketing campaigns to staff
* develop and maintain key relationships and business contacts within the community and targeted industry segments to create growth opportunities
qualifications
* 10+ years of relevant experience
* experience within sales or marketing management required
* working knowledge of financial industry
* consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
* demonstrated sales management skills
* ability to facilitate coaching, training, and meeting sessions
* ability to quickly grasp technical financial information
* 5 years of experience leading teams
education
* bachelor's degree/university degree or equivalent experience
* master's degree preferred
* english advanced (inglés avanzado)
availability to travel required.
