Client and distributor management: identify, establish, and nurture relationships with industrial clients, distributors, and major companies in mexico.
Sales leadership: supervise and coordinate national sales activities, ensuring sales objectives are met and exceeded.
Marketing collaboration: work with internal teams to create tailored marketing and promotional strategies for the mexican market.
Performance analysis: monitor and report on sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations to adjust growth strategies as needed.
Head office communication: maintain regular and clear communication with the head office, providing updates on market trends, sales performance, and operational challenges to align strategies and ensure mutual goals are met.
Requirements
located in mexico
education: bachelor’s degree in administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
Languages: fully bilingual in spanish and english, with exceptional communication skills in both.
Experience: minimum of 5 years in b2b sales, ideally within the industrial vehicles, heavy machinery, or industrial technology sectors. Experience in opening and growing new markets is essential.
