job description
summary
senior business development manager will build user acquisition partnerships with leading mobile app/game developers and expand our advertisers based in turkey and the middle east. The role requires to build and maintain transparent communication across all the teams to make sure we keep a perfect alignment on the common goal of the company.
essential functions
* full responsibility for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing new advertisers and managing long term relationships with key clients from dach (germany, austria, switzerland)
* benchmark of the local market, and frequent trips to attend local events, visit clients and organize workshops.
* build up sales pipeline via lead prospection, qualification and generation
* verify inventory availability throughout the sales process via mobrain capabilities and campaign committee
* work in partnership with the sales teams to develop, price and prepare business proposals
* serve as a primary liaison between clients and client growth/ad operations teams to ensure campaigns are launched on time and delivered in full by actively overseeing delivery and revising or optimizing plans as necessary to exceed client expectations
* track and manage advertisers' pipeline to exceed quarterly business goals
* represent entravision and sell mobrain and smadex, our in-house mobile marketing solutions, by attending main industry conferences and networking events
competencies
* excellent communication skills both verbal and written in english is a must. Another language such as turkish or arabic will be a plus
* good knowledge of the mobile programmatic eco-system will be a plus (dsp, ad-exchanges, ssps, etc.)
* experience in a fast-paced, target driven sales environment with evidence of consistent and current success
* performance-driven with the ability to work independently as well as part of a multicultural team
* excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
* motivated and quick learner able to adapt to new technology, software and responsibilities
position type/expected hours of work
this is a full time position. 40 hours per week from monday to friday.
required education and experience
* minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in sales and/or business development within the mobile advertising industry is mandatory
