what you’ll be doing
- provide technical support for qualcomm-based platforms, focusing on embedded linux, android, and wireless integration.
- assist customers with board bring-up, image flashing (linux and android), system configuration, and debugging software/hardware interaction issues.
- replicate customer environments to troubleshoot issues related to boot, connectivity, drivers, multimedia, and application behavior.
- support wi‑fi and bluetooth integration across linux and android environments.
- debug system-level issues using tools such as serial console, dmesg, logcat, adb, and network analyzers.
- assist in bsp customization, yocto builds, android image builds, and system optimization.
- support multimedia use cases including camera integration, audio streaming, and video pipelines.
- collaborate with qualcomm faes and internal engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and issue resolution.
- create structured technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and internal knowledge base materials.
- contribute to cross‑functional initiatives, supporting other embedded linux or wireless‑based projects.
