We are seeking a highly skilled HR Analytics and Reporting Specialist t to join our team at Capgemini and provide strategic workforce management solutions to a Top Ten Insurance Carrier.
As a HR Analytics and Reporting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in partnering with the client's HR and Business leaders to develop workforce strategies, drive organizational change, and optimize workforce performance. You will work closely with key stakeholders to analyze workforce data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to shape strategic workforce decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the client's HR and Business leaders to understand their strategic goals and workforce challenges.
- Perform in-depth data analysis and develop workforce analytics to identify trends and patterns.
- Provide workforce insights and recommendations to drive organizational effectiveness and improve employee engagement.
- Create and deliver presentations to senior executives to communicate workforce strategies and findings.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives, including forecasting future workforce needs, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
- Develop and implement workforce management tools and processes to optimize workforce planning and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in workforce management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in workforce consulting or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering workforce strategies and solutions in a complex organizational environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in the insurance industry is a plus.
- Advanced MS Excel including VBA and ability to create analytical models/tools.
- Highly capable Excel, R, Python, with HR analytics experience.
