about the role:
we are seeking a skilled spa attendant to join our team at the st. Regis punta mita resort. As a member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring that they feel welcome and valued throughout their stay with us.
* provide a warm welcome to guests upon arrival, including explaining the location and use of locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations.
* offer amenities such as water, juice, or heated neck pillows to make our guests feel special.
* be available to answer any questions our guests may have about the property or its amenities.
* escort guests to and from treatment rooms, ensuring that they arrive safely and on time.
* check computer updates and changes to schedules regularly throughout the day to ensure seamless operations.
