job overview
as an human resources intern, you will provide operational and administrative support to the human resources area through activities related to recruitment, training, internal communication, document control, and follow-up of key management system processes.
this role contributes directly to employee well-being and operational efficiency by supporting structured hr processes within a manufacturing environment. You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure proper execution and documentation, while gaining hands-on experience in core functions.
responsibilities
* support recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
* support employee onboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and file creation.
* maintain and update physical and digital employee records.
* assist in coordinating internal training sessions and maintaining training documentation.
* support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
* prepare reports, records, and documentation required for audits (iso, internal processes, etc.).
* collaborate with different departments (r&d, quality, finance, production, etc.) to support hr processes.
* provide support in events and internal activities.
* follow up on hr processes using systems such as odoo or similar tools.
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in progress or recently graduated in human resources, psychology, or related fields.
* 0–1 year of experience in hr, administrative roles, or people-related activities (internships included).
* strong organizational skills and document control abilities.
* attention to detail and responsibility.
* effective communication skills, leadership and ability to interact with operational staff.
* basic knowledge of hr processes (desirable)
* spanish fluency required.
* english intermediate level (b1)
