The team is entrepreneurial, lean, and ambitious—with a strong commitment to sales-driven growth and operational excellence. Position overview as the call center sales manager, you’ll lead and evolve a high-impact inside sales function. This is a builder role: you’ll run calls early, codify what works, and coach others to replicate and scale success. Your north star is increased run rates, consistent estimate follow-ups that convert to sales, stronger membership sales, and driving overall revenue growth. Key responsibilities outbound motion: build and execute campaigns targeting unsold estimates, seasonal promos, and neighborhood wins. Rehash strategy: rapidly call back unsold leads—ideally while techs are still on site—to close or reset appointments. Call cadence & coverage: ensure consistent inbound/outbound block scheduling and reduce missed opportunities. Coaching & qa: train csrs on consultative selling, objection handling, tone, and delivery. Run weekly qa sessions and call reviews. Dashboards & data: own performance visibility. Set up reporting in servicetitan (or equivalent) and google sheets. Player-coach: jump on calls during ramp-up or to cover gaps—lead from the front. Team building: hire, onboard, and develop csrs. Design future team structures. Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with leadership and marketing to refine offers, scripts, and campaigns. Qualifications 3 years of outbound, phone-based sales experience in high-velocity environments (home services, timeshare, etc.) Demonstrated ability to lift conversion metrics: booked rate, show rate, average ticket, same-day close past experience managing and coaching a small team in a builder or startup environment strong command of sales coaching: scripting, pacing, tone, objections, and qa familiarity with field-service crms (e.g., servicetitan, jobber, housecall pro) comfortable building and reading basic dashboards in excel/google sheets clear, articulate, and confident spoken english on sales calls fully available to work mon–fri, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm pt (non-negotiable) quiet home office with headset and stable internet nice-to-haves prior experience in plumbing, hvac, or residential services. Power user of servicetitan (reporting, automations, dashboards). Experience designing rehash or outbound sales campaigns. Familiarity with dialers/sms tools (e.g., gohighlevel, kixie, ringcentral). Sales methodology training (e.g., spin, challenger, sandler). Qa framework experience (scorecards, calibrations, coaching loops). Experience hiring and onboarding csrs or sales reps. Comfort with video-based selling (zoom/meet). Fluent or conversational spanish.
