as a delivery manager, you’ll be part of forte’s technology management team, responsible for designing team compositions, supporting recruitment, and building and scaling software engineering teams across all lifecycle stages. You’ll work with multiple agile teams delivering complex software platforms and engineering services, with a strong focus on business value.
we expect a delivery manager at forte to be technically savvy and well-versed in agile sdlc, product management, solution architecture, qa, devops, and sre practices. You’ll lead commercial engagements, contribute to internal improvement initiatives, collaborate across delivery units in south america and europe, and participate on demand in sales, account management, and marketing activities, including presenting client business cases.

* build, grow, and transform teams with engineering management and client stakeholders, ensuring proper roles, skills, onboarding, tools, and access
* maintain transparency and clear visibility of team performance and delivery for forte and client management
* kick off new engagements, compose teams, and organize onboarding for team members and clients
* act as the default contact and escalation point for team-related matters
* perform line manager duties, delegate where appropriate, and support personal development plans
* support resource management and talent acquisition: track vacancies, define jds, assign interviewers, and handle non-standard cases
* support hr bp processes: 1-1s, okrs, feedback cycles, onboarding, probation, performance management, and early risk detection
* ensure balanced team skill sets and seniority mix; organize trainings, knowledge sharing, and career paths
* minimize attrition through development, promotions, and internal mobility
* ensure teams have required hardware, licenses, tools, and budgets
* ensure compliance with forte and client procedures (qbrs, security training, surveys, feedback, etc.)
* keep teams aligned with forte’s strategy, values, and customer-centric mindset
* communicate team changes transparently (structure, newcomers, roles, seniority balance)
