As a sales representative / sales account manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and contributing to our growth strategy. We are looking for a superstar who is comfortable speaking with potential clients over the phone and offering them our solutions. You must have the drive and skill to close sales. Proper training will be provided so you’ll have the tools you need to succeed. Leads will also be provided, so you won’t need to source them yourself. If you have excellent communication skills in english and experience in phone sales, we want you to join our team.
*sales representative / sales account manager responsibilities*:
*daily communication*:
- respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- communicate with other departments to successfully meet customer requests.
- develop communication patterns and relationships with new accounts.
*account conversion*:
- convert cold leads into prospects.
- turn new accounts into buying customers.
- develop relationships with these accounts.
- research the company and its business integrity.
- convert offline clients into online clients.
- identify the customer’s potential and needs.
- maintain communication with clients about future opportunities.
*order processing*:
- process all new offline purchase orders.
*ingredient quoting*:
- assist customers by providing accurate pricing and availability of ingredients of interest.
*account management*:
- manage small accounts to develop, maintain, and generate new business.
- contact customers to share weekly/monthly promotions.
*requirements*:
- at least 2 years of experience in phone sales or phone sales support.
- preferably 2 years of experience as a call center representative.
- at least 2 years of experience in data/order entry.
- competency in ms office.
- excellent communication skills in english, both written and verbal, are a must.
- a college degree or at least 2 years of college education is required.
- having a valid passport is highly advantageous.
Pay: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
