join us and help shape the future of manufacturing. We are looking for 4 experienced senior consultants to support a critical logistics and industrialization project for a major automotive client.
responsibilities
* ensure process stabilization and secure production capacity across logistics systems.
* monitor industrialization progress and identify process bottlenecks.
* support ramp‑up production planning and supplier readiness toward sop.
* calculate and track oee (overall equipment effectiveness); identify main disruptors.
* define corrective actions, assign responsible parties, and monitor implementation deadlines.
* present daily performance indicators and reports to customer.
* assist suppliers in planning and executing both temporary and permanent control measures.
* track production volume versus oem requirements and report deviations proactively.
* support supplier failure management processes and provide structured problem‑solving coaching.
* be available for on‑site shifts, including night shift coverage when necessary.
qualifications
* proven senior‑level experience in the automotive industry.
* vda certification required.
* expertise in industrialization and technology transfer.
* deep knowledge in logistics and supply chain management.
* experience with critical suppliers and strong problem‑solving capabilities.
* leadership mindset with an objective‑driven, hands‑on approach.
* excellent communication and reporting skills for management‑level stakeholders.
* high resilience and ability to perform under pressure.
* fluent in english and spanish.
