E2e solution architect customer support / emergency

*our exciting opportunity*:
we are now looking for a customer support emergency handling solution architecture that will provide technical service and support to our customers.
you will troubleshoot and resolve network/solution problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks and configure and integrate different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks.
working as a support engineer will require a broad knowledge of telecom and datacom, covering both hardware, software and network knowledge.
you will work, collaborate, and communicate in an international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as customers and suppliers to ericsson.
the role more than often requires you to tackle big responsibilities and it is important that you can work independently.

*you will*:

- be responsible for emergency handling services and accountable to restore the customer system to pre-outage performance level in the shortest possible time
- be engaged at the onset of the emergency and responsible for the fault isolation at network/solution level
- lead emergency recovery team comprising of local and global teams and ensure emergency support services are delivered in an appropriate and professional manner
- interact with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers and other groups within the service delivery organization (may also interact with groups in sales, r&d, 3rd party suppliers and local authorities)
- demonstrate leadership skills while driving technical and management bridge
- participate with different levels of regional, global support management in post event analysis

*to be successful in this role, you must have*:

- bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent experience
- excellent core networking experience on 4g & 5g
- hands on experiences of telecom solutions such as cloud and virtualization
- expert level of customer service skills necessary to handle diverse customer reactions
- good multi-tasking, ability to work under pressure and high level of communication skills
- ability to deliver results & meet customer expectations
