job summary
the event animator is responsible for designing, hosting, and executing social and recreational activities that strengthen company culture and employee engagement. This role ensures dynamic participation, a positive workplace atmosphere, and successful event execution.
essential job functions
* host, conduct, and energize corporate events and activities.
* create group dynamics, interactive games, and engagement activities.
* coordinate event setup, logistics, materials, and vendor support.
* manage raffles, attendance, and required materials for each event.
* collect employee feedback and propose improvement opportunities.
* support satisfaction surveys and follow?Up actions.
* assist with resolution of suggestions submitted in the suggestion box.
* provide support during audits and internal committees (ehs, cafeteria, etc.).
qualifications
education
* bachelor’s degree preferred (administration or related field).
* english 75%
* education may be substituted by relevant experience.
* minimum: 3 years
