You will directly support the final assembly line, using automation, artificial intelligence, and digital tools to improve production planning efficiency. This is a hands-on opportunity to apply your academic skills to real-world challenges in a cutting-edge manufacturing environment, while contributing to Ericsson’s vision for a smarter, more sustainable future.What You Will Do: • Participate in the development of a digital platform or repository to support and optimize production planning. • Work alongside the Production Planner and Logistics team to understand operational needs and build tailored tech solutions. • Research, design, and propose automation methods for KPIs and planning processes using programming and AI tools. • Analyze Ericsson’s existing AI platform and recommend new applications for production planning optimization.The Skills You Bring: • Engineering students planning to graduate by 2025-2026 (Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields). • Advanced English skills. • Strong interest in AI and automation within manufacturing environments. • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python programming and data analytics. • Problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and a solutions-oriented mindset. • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industry. • Ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
