location: vallejo cdmx, celaya guanajuato or nuevo leon
main purpose
- through strong cross functional relationships continuously improve mexico contract manufacturing design principals and processes to provide business requirements regarding asset light, agile and cost effective growth.
- deploy and monitor governance & compliance to pepsico and external requirements across all categories in mexico.
- build capability across mexico contract manufacturing to ensure an organisation fit for the future.
- build strong relationships with cross functional stakeholders in order to continuously improve ways of working with key partner functions (e.g. Commercialization, gp, r&d, fsqa)
- determine capability requirements and programs to address gaps and raise standards across the all food category mexico bu 3rd party manufacturing team
*qualifications/requirements*:
*who are we looking for?*
- bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or industrial engineering completed
- 5+ years in supply chain management, r&d or procurement experience in manufacturing environments experience
- 2+ years of experience leading teams, background in developing/leading teams from a strategic standpoint.
- very strong, proven project leadership skills
- deep operating knowledge of how to commercialize large scale innovation
- proven results at delivering significant business change
- strong commercial negotiation skillsdeep supplier management knowledge
- commercial supply chain and/or operations experience
- very high level of business acumen ~ must be commercially savvy and financially astute.
- deep knowledge of pepsico’s make/move/sell capability
- deep operating knowledge of supplier management
