we are seeking a sales director to lead our international business development efforts and manage key accounts across the americas region.
* key responsibilities:
* develop and execute regional growth strategies that align with our manufacturing capabilities.
* own account relationships, building strong partnerships with clients and internal teams.
* lead sales project initiatives, ensuring commercial alignment within multidisciplinary teams.
* analyze customer requests, collaborating with departments to create tailored proposals.
* maintain close client relationships through proactive value delivery and strategic account development.
* monitor sales performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
* manage crm systems to track pipeline and activities.
* communicate closely with the european sales leader and coordinate operationally with our mexico-based production site.
the ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in b2b manufacturing, preferably in injection moulding and automotive sectors. A bachelor's or master's degree is required. Key skills include strong commercial instincts, technical drawing confidence, advanced excel, and crm familiarity. Fluency in english is essential; spanish is an asset. Willingness to travel regularly within north america and occasionally to europe is also required.
