Job duties under direct supervision, perform job safety analysis (jsa) and safety meetings, as well as the assembly and disassembly of equipment for the flexible tubing service line (coil tubing). Assemble and prepare the equipment for installation and service. Assist in performing the work. Maintain general order, cleanliness, repair and preparation of equipment for the next job. Perform inspections of the coil tubing equipment before and after work. Responsible for the safe operations of cranes and rigging during service delivery, in accordance with the client design and key performance indicators (kpi). Operate high-pressure fluid pumps and support equipment for coil tubing (flowback package). Conduct hydrostatic tests on the preventive measures for reventones equipment (bop) and reels during pre- and post-job procedures, including preventive maintenance (pm). Provide mentorship to colleagues and train operator assistants. Monitor well-control parameters and perform calculations before and during job execution. Perform and complete preventive maintenance of all equipment related to coil tubing. Tasks, when performed correctly, indirectly impact cost control, efficiency, profitability or operations. Consequences of errors are measurable and containable. Drive a truck or other assigned equipment as required. May require a valid commercial driver's license. Requires psl equipment/position-specific skills. Must have completed essential mathematics courses, the red book and coil tubing i.d. Given the field nature of the work in oilfields, good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with others are required. Must have the capacity to perform basic mathematical calculations. Basic reading and writing skills required. Basic computing skills preferred. May require a license to operate commercial vehicles.
